Clear data and cache on Android apps

Having trouble with the TCM Clinic Aid app on your Android device? Many problems can be fixed by clearing the app’s cache or data.

  1. Press your device’s Home button
  2. Press your device’s Menu button | select Settings (or System Settings)
  3. Tap Application Manager (or Apps)
  4. Find TCM Clinic Aid, then tap the app icon
  5. Tap Force Stop
  6. Tap Clear Cache

After completing these steps, try using TCM Clinic Aid again to see if it’s working properly. If not, Go through steps 1-5, and then tap Clear Data.

WARNING, clearing the app’s data will REMOVE any custom options, user database and settings.

iOS Basic Troubleshooting

A lot of issues can be easily resolved by doing one of the following:

1. Kill the TCM Clinic Aid(HD) process.

  1. Double click the home button to reveal the row of apps below the dock.
  2. Slide the apps from side to side to find TCM Clinic Aid(HD).
  3. Slide the screenshot of TCM Clinic Aid(HD) up (This will stop the app from running).
  4. When you’re done, click the home button again to return to using your iPhone/iPad.
  5. Now restart TCM Clinic Aid(HD).

2. Restart your Device.

Try restarting your iPhone/iPod/iPad.

3. Redownload and Reinstall the Application.

If restarting doesn’t help, you may try to re-download and install the application again. If you want to remove the application from your device first, be aware that removing an application will also delete application data.
