Kill the TCM Clinic Aid(HD) process.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ol><li class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-92 c1-93 c1-b c1-c c1-d c1-e c1-f c1-g\">Double click the home button to reveal the row of apps below the dock.<\/li><li class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-92 c1-93 c1-b c1-c c1-d c1-e c1-f c1-g\">Slide the apps from side to side to find TCM Clinic Aid(HD).<\/li><li class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-92 c1-93 c1-b c1-c c1-d c1-e c1-f c1-g\">Slide the screenshot of TCM Clinic Aid(HD) up (This will stop the app from running).<\/li><li class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-92 c1-93 c1-b c1-c c1-d c1-e c1-f c1-g\">When you&#8217;re done, click the home button again to return to using your iPhone\/iPad.<\/li><li class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-92 c1-93 c1-b c1-c c1-d c1-e c1-f c1-g\">Now restart TCM Clinic Aid(HD).<\/li><\/ol><p><span class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-92 c1-93 c1-b c1-c c1-d c1-e c1-f c1-g\"><strong class=\"x-el x-el-span c1-1o c1-1p c1-b c1-8x c1-5q c1-4q c1-8y\">2.
