To backup\/restore your user database, go to the Configuration Settings, then scroll down to the bottom of the screen and touch the ON\/OFF slider to\u00a0ON<\/strong>\u00a0at the item named\u00a0Enable on WLAN<\/strong>. This will result in an Address being presented. Copy this address and enter it into your browser on you PC\/Mac. You will then be connected to your iPhone\/iPod where you will find instruction for backing up or restoring your User database.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

  1. Go to the table you want to modify, i.e. Points.<\/li>
  2. Click on the blue dot to the right of the table name<\/li>

    I try to answer all emails within 12 hours after receving them (and I generally do within hours). There have been a number of cases where I sent an email response that bounced back. Problem was that the user had mistyped the email address.

    I believe in prompt technical support. So, if you haven’t received an email in 12 – 24 hrs after sending one, check to make sure it didn’t get intercepted by the spam filter on your email account. And make sure you type in your email address correctly.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
