Then startup TCM Clinic Aid and go back in to Quiz Yourself.<\/li><li>If that doesn&#8217;t clear up the problem, go into the Shopping Cart and re-download the Quiz Yourself app. You&#8217;ve already paid for it so you won&#8217;t be charged again. Just answer yes to all the prompts. There have been a number of cases where I sent an email response that bounced back. Problem was that the user had mistyped the email address.<br \/><br \/>I believe in prompt technical support. So, if you haven&#8217;t received an email in 12 &#8211; 24 hrs after sending one, check to make sure it didn&#8217;t get intercepted by the spam filter on your email account.
